INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING* on orders over US$33.5 / HK$260! We believe in fair pricing, so unlike brands that inflate prices to cover expensive express shipping, we do not include it by default. As a bonus, standard shipping is also more environmentally friendly. :)
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and engraved products). For local deliveries within Hong Kong, we use SF Express, while Registered Air Mail is used for international shipping.
Estimated delivery times (excluding weekends, holidays, and engraved products) vary depending on your location, local postal service, and customs processing. Once your package reaches your country, it will be handled by your local postal system. In some cases, full tracking may not be available (e.g., Australia & Canada).

CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES
All our products are sold tax free. However, any potential customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you are charged any such fees, please note that we cannot cover or reimburse these costs, as they are collected by your country's authorities, not us. Since duties and taxes vary by country and product, we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (excluding engraved products). The customer is responsible for return shipping and should choose a tracked shipping option for safety. Once we receive the product and verify that it is unused, a refund will be issued. WARRANTY
Our watches are covered by a two year warranty from the date of purchase. Within this period the product will be repaired free of charge. MADEGREY’s obligations are limited to repair or replacement at our own discretion. Any shipping fee from returning the product to MADEGREY for repair will be borne by the buyer. The warranty covers all parts of that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear to the case, glass, straps, clasps and metal bracelets, discoloring, and life of battery. The warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme use or damage. The buyer is required to produce proof of purchase upon request.
